How accurate is the AI analysis?
We do not publish an accuracy figure, because we have not run a benchmark we would be willing to stand behind. What we can tell you is how it works: a language model reads the report and transcribes the values, the reference ranges, and an explanation of each marker. It can misread a scan, mistranscribe a number, or explain a marker in terms that do not fit your situation. Check every extracted value against your original report, and take clinical decisions with your doctor, not with this tool.
Is my blood test data private?
Your uploads travel over HTTPS and are stored in Cloudflare R2 and D1, which encrypt data at rest. Reading a report is server-side work: the file is fetched from storage and sent to the AI model provider that extracts and explains the values, so it is readable by our servers and by that provider during processing rather than sealed with a key only you hold. That provider runs on servers outside Malaysia. We do not sell your health data or use it for advertising, and you can delete a report at any time.
